My how time flies.
Sembang Tech.Ed SEA has come and gone and so too the (impromptu) blogging competition. Here's a quick recap.
Oliver Scheer, Chewy Chong, Rohan Thomas and Zeddy Iskandar gave previews of their Tech.Ed SEA 2007 sessions covering Silverlight, Windows Home Server, Popfly and Microsoft Robotics Studio.
Great turnout of bloggers from Kuala Lumpur including Jeff Ooi, Terrence-TV Smith, Eddie Chua, Jason Goh (from smashpop.net) and James Yeang (from friedbeef.com).
Just before we wrapped I told the attendees that I would send a big box of prizes to whomever wrote the best blog post covering the event. It didn't have to be positive but it had to be engaging.
So, without further ado; the winner of the (impromptu) Sembang Tech.Ed SEA mini blogging competition is,.... Lionel Goh AKA Serge AKA DustyHawk - Congratulations!
Here is Lionel's winning post: http://dustyhawk.com/2007/09/10/sembang-teched-2/
Lionel wrote up a nice review of the event and posted the pictures he took (with some great captions) but what made his entry stand out was the embedded Popfly mashup. Lionel went to www.popfly.ms, got himself an account and created his own Popfly mashup displaying the photos he took from the event which he then inserted into the post. Fantastic!
Lionel wins copies of Windows Vista, Office 2007, Expression Web, Office Mac 2004 and some Xbox 360 games. Hooray!
Here are some more Sembang Tech.Ed SEA 2007 posts from around the interwebs.
