The poster behind them* and a personal work of mine makes me wonder about a Crackdown Anime available through XBLVM, i.e. Crackdown weekly video (think Red vs Blue) with a more Marvel animated style (the one from the poster).

*Where can I get one?

One good tip in Gears is when the round starts immediately fire off a few shots and get an active reload, so when you go into battle your gun will have a power boost from the start. A sniper rifle with an active reload can drop an enemy to his knees with a chest shot.
