One thing, the 17 mins long appears to be something that went bad during upload. Unfortunately reuploading will break the link, so I thought it best to leave it for now, the exact length is 8min 42s

<evnet:views>0</evnet:views><evnet:viewtrackingurl>http://on10.net/21596/WebViewBug.aspx?EVT=0</evnet:viewtrackingurl><evnet:previewtext>Hey guys, here is the direct link to the video on Soapbox, this may solve your issues :)

Regarding Silverlight, I did some testing and it would seem that if IE7 is run with administrator privileges, Sliverlight will run, I can watch the video at On10. However, if the IE7 browser is run without admin privileges (normal operation), Silverlight will not run and the browser/web page doesn't even think Silverlight is installed. This was tested at On10 and from the Microsoft home page.

So, what gives? Why is Silverlight broken? Is there a fix available for this obvious security bug/flaw?

What's up with Silverlight? I downloaded the program, logged in administrator, installed it, the installer completed with 100% (no errors), but yet everytime I come to this page (logged in as a normal, non-admin user), I get the download Silverlight prompt. I even rebooted and still, no errors, just doesn't think it is installed for some reason. What's up?

<evnet:views>0</evnet:views><evnet:viewtrackingurl>http://on10.net/21593/WebViewBug.aspx?EVT=0</evnet:viewtrackingurl><evnet:previewtext>Please post in a format that can be watched!!
