New WMCmd script with logging

Yet another update to
WMCmd
from Alex Zambelli, now with logging and some improved help info. WMCmd lets you do batch scripting of Windows Media, including command line parameters for all the registry keys. Logging is a welcome addition, as it lets you keep easy track of what settings you used and the results for different encoding tests.
