So you want to get in shape, but all that running and sweating seems so lo-tech... Never fear, I'll show you how to bring your love of gadgets together with the need to get your body moving. Watch the show to learn about heart rate monitors featuring a new model from Polar and a cool gadget that links your TV to your exertion level. Then Tina, Laura and I head over to the Pro Sports Club to talk with Corey Weathers about how to use a heart rate monitor as part of your exercise program.

In the Xbox community its a big deal to have the first comment.
Here it is...

Great show!
When I click play nothing happens... is the file there yet?
This is totally a Tina segment.
Duncan you inspire to get my ass off of Oblivion and "Run" to the fridge.
Great show today folks. FYI, the Nike hear rate monitors work just as well as the Pulsars and they work well with just about all equipment in the most popular gyms like golds, 24 hour fitness etc...

I should bust out the old track and field game for the nintendo and see how many calories i can burn. lol.
Gee Chris, I'm glad I could help Smiley

Seriously though, I'd be interested in knowing how many folks have tried working out while playing Xbox... I know at least one person who has had great success doing that, but it has never worked out for me.

5 days or so since I've played Xbox myself, I'm out of town at my Mom's ... and I'm on dial-up... withdrawl from all of my standard sources of entertainment! Smiley
Laura? Tina? Come on guys!! I luv u girls dearly...expecially the beautiful, sexy, and talented Laura Foy. I fell in luv with you since JudgeCal. But, why in the world did you guys stickwit a show on the internet instead of starting a new show on the G4TV network?
But, besides that isolated thought, I watched your Sweaty Techie show and it was allllright.....I would like yall better on G4TV.com better.
this is a cool segment, and byw, cardiologists use such stuff in Stress Tests for patients. why am i into cardiology ??
I'm a reseller of cardiology devices in the middle east (israel, jordan, saudi arabia, dubai, lebanon, ...) you know most of our gadgets are $ 10+ thousand box and up to $1.5 million...

now, i don't recommend to start talkin' about a million dollars device (gadget Smiley ), so let's start with SonoSite Micromaxx , a cutting-edge portable ultra-sound system, with a laptop size, a cardiologist can take it anywhere and start their tests on patients.
we sell it in the states for $ 55000 ...
thanx for your efforts Duncan, Tina & Laura
