The JEOPARDY! Brain Bus is a fun-filled event that offers prizes, personal appearances by the Clue Crew and even gives college students the chance to try out for the show. We've all seen the show and thought, "Hey, I'm smarter than that guy!" - well log on to the

JEOPARDY! web site and see what it takes to register. I met up with the Brain Bus event down at the University of Southern California to see who had what it takes, and who's going back to their dorm room to study up and try again next time. Clearly, they offered me a spot on the show without taking the otherwise mandatory exam but I am very busy and important so I had to turn them down Wink

I wuz gunna tri owt fer Jepardey butt thay sed I wuz'nt smeart enuff. Howe daere thay!

Uh...I don't think I've EVER watched Jeopardy and thought "Wow, I'm smarter than that guy!"

Now, I can't say the same thing about "Weakest Link," of course.  Those questions are EASY.

Y'know, the thing about Jeopardy is the challenges are never consistent.  There are some episodes where I could definitely hold my own and others where I'd be ashamed to appear on TV.

I wouldn't mind having a go at the brain bus challenge, and while I would probably make it through the first ten-question quiz (answering each in the form of a question), I'd be toasted by the fifty-question follow-up quiz.  Toasted in so far as I'd fail the quiz and my brain would be fried for the day.

Sounds like fun. Smiley
