Sam walks us though a proof of concept (POC) Silverlight mobile app for John L. Scott Real Estate developed by Microsoft partner, Dr. Neil Roodyn, with the assistance of Loke Uei Tan from the Windows Mobile group.

That phone seems kind of slow. You have to wait when you click on something and the scroll doesn't react in real time at all.
It going to have to work more smoothly than that before people are going to want to use it all the time.
