Remember Outlook on Your Desktop (which I mentioned earlier here)? If you have not seen this program yet, it's worth a look. The software allows you to put your Outlook calendar on your desktop - and not just a view of your calendar - your actual calendar. If you haven't updated your software in a while, you should grab the latest update which allows you to have multiple instances pinned to the desktop, all managed by one instance of the program and one instance of Outlook. What are the specs you're running it with? It's been really solid for me so far.
