What IM Status Really Means

Doug Thomas, the host of Office Casual from the Office Online team brings us up to date on what those IM status icons really mean.  You know, the icons on communicator or live meeting that tell you if somebody is busy, or in a meeting or bidding on an old school Star Wars lunch box on e-bay.  And if it says available...are they really available?  Well, Doug will tell you.
