Those are some impressive stats, but World of Warcraft remains an online rival to be reckoned with...8 million users worldwide. Now that is a title I'd love to see come to the 360. Implementing a reasonable control scheme would be a real technical challenge!
Overall...I'm still a little disappointed with 360 gaming thus far. We have an awesome next generation gaming console...but the most popular title on it is a last generation game from 2 and a half years ago. Not only that, but Microsoft seriously botched up the backwards compatibility issue. As far as I'm concerned, give me all or nothing. Either make the damn thing fully backwards compatible or don't try at all. Additionally, the 360 is the only console I've ever owned that has actually crashed. hehe.
I was a little surprised to read the most commonly played online titles. Perfect Dark Zero does not belong on the list. That game was one of the worst shooters to ever grace a console. The N64 original was much better...even today.
I would have to say that Xbox Live Arcade is the 360's saving grace. It has been fantastic and it just keeps getting better. I am a little weary of the size of the games tripling in memory, but we'll se how it goes. At this point, the 360 is in serious need of a larger hard drive.
The top Xbox live Arcade titles were also a little surprising. I can see Blankshot Billiards, Marble Blast Ultra, and Uno on the list, but the others surprised me. I was expecting Pac-Man and Galaga to do a little better.
Thanks for keeping us informed, my goddess of gaming.
